The agreement
These terms govern the Gage website and service operated by Meet Gage, Inc. By using Gage, you agree to them. If you use Gage for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
If a signed order or separate agreement says something different, that agreement controls for the part it covers.
Your account
Give us accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised.
Your records
Your business records remain yours. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display them only as needed to provide, protect, and improve Gage.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the records you put into Gage and for using them lawfully. We keep our rights in Gage itself, including its software, design, writing, and marks.
Fair use
Do not use Gage to break the law, harm another person, interfere with the service, probe for access you do not have, spread malicious code, or overwhelm the system. Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.
We may limit or suspend access when needed to stop harm, protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. When circumstances allow, we will tell you what happened.
Plans and payment
Your subscription and the pricing page describe your plan. Charges, billing dates, taxes, and renewal terms appear before you buy. You can cancel future renewal; cancellation does not undo charges already due.
Changes and leaving
We will keep improving Gage, which means features may change. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces the service you bought, unless security, law, or an emergency makes advance notice impractical.
You may stop using Gage at any time. We want departure to be uneventful: ask us for an export of your records before your account closes. Our Privacy page explains what happens to information afterward.
The legal edges
We provide Gage on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, goodwill, or data.
Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow every limitation above, so those limits apply only as far as local law permits.
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal court in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
